White Crane Wellness Center is an independent, non-profit organization
whose objectives are to offer health and wellness services to older
adults seeking ways to improve their health, and to serve as model
for a new approach to health and aging. Click on the program below

Adult Day Wellness
Program
Is a state-approved, supervised, day program for older adults. Seniors
are able to stay active, develop friendships, and live at home.
Transportation, activities, and meals are offered. Seniors may qualify
for reduced or no fee services.
Wellness
Center
Features many health and wellness classes including: Tai Chi, Yoga,
Gentle Yoga, Fitness Classes, Massage, and Foot Care.
Health
Outreach Program
Brings culturally and linguistically appropriate health and wellness
services directly to at-risk, low-income, minority, immigrant, and
refugee elderly.
United Methodist Homes and Services
Is a collaborating non-profit organization that has been serving
older adults for more than 100 years. Their services include: In-home
care (Homemaker Services), Senior Housing, Assisted Living, and
